  • The department of physics organized an event to witness the rare Super Blue Blood Moon on the evening of 31st January, 2018. Two telescopes were arranged for this event. As many as 70 people comprising parents and young astronomy enthusiasts attended the event. Before the eclipse, a couple of talks regarding eclipses and telescopes were given and the children were taught how to use a telescope.
