  • Bachelor of Science/Arts with Mathematics as one of the elective subjects having at least 50% marks (45% marks for SC/ST) in aggregate and at least 55% marks (50% marks for SC/ST) in the subject of Mathematics. OR
  • Any other examination recognized equivalent there to.

Admission for this course will be based on the merit of the candidate in the Entrance Test to be conducted by the department.

  • The admission shall be open to a candidate who has passed Senior Secondary Certificate (10+2) examination with a minimum 50% (45% for SC/ST) marks in aggregate in Punjab School Education Board with Mathematics as one of the Elective Subjects. or
  • Any other examination with 50% (45% for SC/ST) marks in aggregate recognized equivalent to (a) above by Guru Nanak Dev University with Mathematics as one of the elective subjects.

Admission will be based on merit of the candidate in Entrance examination to be conducted by the University.
